Professionals pay in the app through Stripe. Payouts go through Stripe to the account on your host profile. Setting up Stripe in the app takes about 60 seconds.
The renter is not charged when they book. They are charged on the day of the booking. Payouts follow your Stripe settings.
You choose the cancellation policy on the listing. It applies to every booking against that space. They see it before they confirm.
